До 2030 года прямо за особняком должен появиться 30-этажный апарт-отель «Радиус-2». Инициатором строительства выступает компания «Радиус Девелопмент», которой владеют бывший хоккеист Павел Дацюк и его бизнес-партнер Александр Трунтаев.
