" Полития в абсолютном смысле не является родом для всех видов политии, а является как бы общим именем для многих вещей, которые совпадают по нему, но различаются по своей сущности и природе. Нет ничего общего между добродетельной политией и всеми типами невежественной политии." (аф.83).
