The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more.

十八。連動 Un1t8十八。連動是十八區志同道合的年輕人組成，以往一直以無名身份默默舉辦各區各種大小活動。我們各區一起制作了十八塊連儂布，並於2019年10月20日九龍大遊行和2019年11月2日在愛丁堡人權民主法案集會展示。其後，我們亦再製作一塊屬於香港人的簽名連儂布並在2019年12月29日舉辦了香港人抗爭的日與夜集會，希望回顧過往六個月的抗爭之路。而「十八。連動 」目的是希望連結十八區的人一起為香港出一分力，不再沉默。
