⏺️1 банан ⏺️3 ст ложки муки ( у меня кукурузная) ⏺️30 мл молока ⏺️1 яйцо
Смешиваем муку, молоко и яйцо (консистенция должна получится густая, как сметана) обмакиваем кружочек банан и жарим с 2 сторон, я жарила на кокосовом 🔥
