Контрактов у Фонда они берут примерно на 100 000 000 в год, отдают на субподряд.
Предполагаем, что по школе тоже будет типичная чуринская матрёшка, где реальный исполнитель появляется лишь на третьей ступеньке, после двух номинальных фирм.
