Мы всё делаем неправильно

Чем вы чаще всего завтракаете? У меня это каша или яичница. Последнюю я, оказывается, готовлю не правильно:

✔️на раскалённой сковороде;
✔️соль сверху, а не снизу;
✔️не отделяю желтки от белков, а надо.

Поэтому смотрим видео шефа (Анна Тараканова есть в запрещённой) и учимся. А заодно сохраняем варианты добавок к яйцам:

✔️фета
✔️харисса (соус из чили, чеснока и специй)
✔️перец в хлопьях
✔️песто
✔️лук зелёный
✔️кунжут

С фетой и песто очень вкусно. Уже попробовала👌🏽

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
