Любая система управления очень сильно тормозит из-за того, что у ее элементов просто не совпадают графики. Допустим, двоим надо решить задачу (договориться о чем-то). Но постоянно - один условно свободен, чтобы задачей заняться, а другой в это время занят. И наоборот. И никак не удается состыковаться. Ванька дома - Маньки нет. Манька дома - Ваньки нет! И из-за этого иногда проблемы нарастают, как лавина. Это азбука. Но это большая проблема. А надо-то, всего лишь, чтобы "электронные помощники" имели возможность согласовывать расписания. Но как-то так, чтобы не выдавать друг-другу секреты своих хозяев. А как это сделать ?

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday.
