Житель Советского района Евгений Рожнов был призван на специальную военную операцию 26 октября 2022 года. 11 февраля 2024 года при исполнении воинского долга он погиб.
Евгений Рожнов был награждён Орденом Мужества посмертно. В администрации района в торжественной обстановке Орден вручили родным погибшего.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
