Как же так случилось, что ЖКХшник всея Руси требует на коммунальные услуги деньги у федерального центра? Объяснил он это тем, что основной бюджет Мурманской области, который составляет 9 млрд рублейв год идет на мазут для отопления. А денег на решение других проблем региону не хватает.
Сразу задаешься вопросом. А точно ли денег не хватает именно на обеспечение теплоснабжением населения? Или же этих миллиардов не хватает самому Чибису?
