Арбитражный суд Кемеровской области отклонил иск ООО "Медицинский центр онкодиагностики" о признании себя банкротом с задолженностью в 238 млн рублей. Заявление было подано в мае 2024 года из-за долгов перед кредиторами и просрочек обязательств, пишет "Коммерсантъ-Сибирь".
В июле 2023 года в отношении компании было введено наблюдение, временным управляющим назначен Дмитрий Гладкий. Суд определил прекратить производство по делу о банкротстве. В декабре 2024 года кредиторы, включая АО "Инрусинвест", подали заявление о процессуальном правопреемстве, заменив себя на ООО "МИГ". Позже, 16 декабря, «МИГ» подал ходатайство о прекращении производства.
"Медицинский центр онкодиагностики" зарегистрирован в Новокузнецке в 2019 году. До декабря 2024 года он принадлежал "Гранд медика", связанному с девелоперской компанией "Инрусинвест". В настоящее время учредителем является московское ООО "Мединвестгрупп".
