В отношении регионального оператора по обращению с ТКО «Экостройресурс» Следственным управлением СКР по Самарской области возбуждено уголовное дело, сообщил депутат Госдумы РФ Михаил Матвеев. По данным депутата, дело возбуждено по п. «б» ч. 2 ст. 199 УК РФ (Уклонение от уплаты налогов).
В «Экостройресурсе» заявления депутата назвали «популизмом».
Несколько дней назад самарское УФАС сообщило, что ООО «ЭкоСтройРесурс» и транспортировщики ТКО ООО «ТрансРесурс», ООО «ТрансЭко», ООО «Транском», ООО «Дакант» и АО «Чистый Город» признаны нарушившими антимонопольное законодательство.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
