Казачий полковник, атаман Таманского отдела Кубанского казачьего войска — к нему шли за советом и очень часто опирались на его опыт при принятии важных решений. Всю свою жизнь Иван Васильевич был неподдельно предан Родине. С начала 1990-х принимал активное участие в возрождении кубанского казачества. А с 1997 года был бессменным атаманом Таманского отдела Кубанского казачьего войска. Как потомственный казак был истинным хранителем наших традиций, ценностей и культуры.
Выражаю глубокие соболезнования родным и всем, кто знал Ивана Безуглого. Светлая память о нем навсегда останется в наших сердцах.
