Для этого он приехал на стройплощадку в выходной день, забрал из контейнеров инструменты на общую сумму 437 тысяч рублей и погрузил их в свой автомобиль. Позднее житель областного центра продал их.
Возбуждено уголовное дело по п. «в» ч. 3 ст. 158 УК РФ — кража, совершенная в крупном размере. В отношении подозреваемого избрана мера пресечения в виде подписке о невыезде и надлежащем поведении.
