В своём видеобращении Дюков рассуждает про управленческий коллапс в Красноярске. Не исключено, что Дюков что-то знает про готовящуюся отставку решил в глазах избирателей выглядеть борцом, который добился отставки мэра хотя всё конечно же решили без него.
