Определили лидера программы наставничества в ГК КСК по итогам 2024 года.

В 2024 году электросварщик предприятия КСК МК Сергей Кутаев стал наставником для десяти коллег. В течение года среди его учеников были начинающие специалисты и сотрудники, осваивающие смежные профессии стропальщика и крановщика.

Программа наставничества по рабочим специальностям действует в периметре холдинга с 2017 года, ее куратором выступает Учебно-консультационный центр КСК. Сейчас в программе участвуют 746 наставников и 1118 учеников из восьми предприятий ГК КСК. За 2024 год общая длительность обучения составила свыше 253 тысяч часов, этот показатель эквивалентен 29 годам.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
