Строительная компания «Билд», скандально известная в Башкирии и находящимся в уголовном розыске главным бенефициаром Артуром Харисовым, будет ликвидировать свалку в Стерлитамаке за 845, 3 миллиона рублей. «Строительная фирма — 15 БНЗС» займется свалкой в Сибае за 561 миллиона рублей. Результаты торгов, согласно которым московская фирма «Унистрой», снизившая начальную цену лотов с 1,4 млрд до 1,17 млрд рублей, признаны недействительными. Насколько мы понимаем, ситуация со свалками в регионе остается напряженной, а ни у «Билда», ни у «Строительная фирма — 15 БНЗС» нет ни компетенций, ни опыта работы на таких объектах. Кстати, «Билд» всегда задерживает сроки сдачи объектов, однако это не мешает компании получать самые сладкие подряды. Школу в Кузнецовском Затоне за 2,2 миллиарда рублей тоже будут строить они. Сладкие госзаказы.
