ООО «Ижморская ТСК», которое эксплуатирует 16 котельных, не производит расчёт нормативов допустимых выбросов для вещества I класса опасности. Соответственно, предприятие не предоставляет в уполномоченный орган сведения о статистическом наблюдении атмосферного воздуха и не вносит плату за негативное воздействие на окружающую среду.
Законодательство об охране атмосферного воздуха также нарушают ООО «Тобул»» и ООО «Инертник», эксплуатирующие источники выбросов загрязняющих веществ I–IV класса опасности.
По результатам проверки возбуждено 7 административных дел, предприятия отделались штрафами и предупреждениями. Ни о каких серьезных последствиях умышленного причинения вреда населению говорить, к сожалению, не приходится.
