О том, что в некоторых субъектах СФО наблюдается отставание от плановых показателей, в том числе по формированию запасов топлива, сообщили в окружном инфоцентре. Сложности вызвало то, что региональные власти задолжали перед ресурсоснабжающими организациями почти 3 млрд рублей.
Проблемы при подготовке к осенне-зимнему периоду обнаружились в Новосибирской и Омской областях, а также в Республике Алтай и Кузбассе. В этих регионах не хватает жидкого топлива и запасов угля.
Кроме того, в Хакасии не устранили ряд замечаний Ростехнадзора. Из-за этого многие населенные пункты могут испытать трудности с центральным отоплением и электроснабжением. Схожая ситуация в Иркутской области, где не исправили последствия наводнения еще 2019 года.
В Кемеровской области же неготовой к зиме оказалась Южно-Кузбасская государственная районная электростанция и Юргинская ТЭЦ.

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
