На втором месте по популярности оказался Леонид Слуцкий, на третьем – Виталий Милонов. Охват публикаций с их упоминанием (суммарное количество просмотров публикаций, содержащих ключевое слово) составил, соответственно, 826 и 572 млн просмотров.

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war.
