Приговор Александре Баязитовой и Ольге Архаровой оставлен без изменения и вступил в законную силу.
Баязитову и Архарову ранее признал виновными в вымогательстве Басманный районный суд Москвы. Как выяснило следствие, они вымогали 1,2 млн рублей у топ-менеджера Промсвязьбанка Александра Ушакова. Они разместили в телеграм-канале сведения о потерпевшем, а затем потребовали у него деньги за удаление этой информации. За денежное вознаграждение администраторы обещали не размещать в дальнейшем подобные сведения.
Баязитовой и Архаровой назначили 5 лет и 4,5 года лишения свободы соответственно.

Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
