Сырный суп🍲 🍛 Один из самых простых и вкусных вариантов обеда, как для взрослых, так и для детей ( примерно 2+ года) ❤️
➡️Варим куриный бульон ❄️ (не забываем, что если бульон будет долго кипеть - он будет мутным, поэтому , как только вода закипела, сняли пенку, уменьшили «огонь»)⬇️
➡️Делаем зажарку (лук, морковь сначала обжариваем, затем к ним добавляем мексиканскую смесь + сухой чеснок) ⬇️
➡️Отправляем к бульону зажарку и лоток плавленного сыра🧀 (~ 200гр или 2-3 брикета) ⬇️
➡️ Курицу вынимаем, даём остыть, режем на кубики, отправляем обратно в суп, по желанию добавляем зелень ⬇️
❄️также по желанию можно добавить картофель или рис, так суп будет более сытным ❄️я во все супы добавляю кубики типо магги и галина Петровна бланка, мне так вкуснее 🍲☝
