Been through a lot of pain, stress, and a bit of fear too, but after the worst days, I can finally walk! Not as easily as I’d like, but it’s a big step forward! I still need to get an X-ray and wait until I’m good enough to see a physical therapist 😳 I can’t sit and draw like I normally do, but I’m trying to sketch in some awkward, but less painful positions. I’ve managed to finish some sketches for Scotty that I started earlier, and I’ll post them soon! I’ll also try to catch up on the rest of the commissions! I don’t want to push myself too hard, so I’ll slowly try to get back into drawing 😅
In a few days, I’ll open up some slots for new, slightly different 'Smolki’, since I’ll need a bit of money for food 😖

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
