«Газпром» в начале года может переизбрать совет директоров
«Газпром» в феврале-марте 2025 года может провести внеочередное собрание акционеров для избрания совета директоров в новом составе, пишет «Интерфакс» со ссылкой на источник.
Совет директоров «Газпрома» включает 11 участников. В нынешнем составе он был избран летом 2023 года на трехлетний срок (то есть до середины 2026 года).
В сентябре 2024 года, после избрания в Госдуму, свои полномочия сложил Николай Шульгинов (ранее он занимал пост министра энергетики РФ).
Кроме того, с формированием нового состава правительства осенью текущего года некоторые чиновники приобрели более широкий спектр полномочий, чем было раньше.

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
