По итогам проверки публикаций в СМИ и региональных тг-каналах об избиении ученицы в школе с. Луговое Тюменского района, прокуратура Тюменского района в адрес главы района внесла представление об устранении нарушений закона, по результатам рассмотрения которого с участниками конфликта независимым медиатором проведена примирительная процедура, в школе скорректирована организация профилактической работы, директору школы объявлен выговор.
Кроме того, по постановлению прокуратуры района директор образовательной организации привлечена к административной ответственности по ч. 2 ст. 5.57 КоАП РФ (нарушение установленного порядка реализации прав и свобод обучающихся образовательных организаций) в виде штрафа в размере 10 тыс. рублей.
