О результатах опроса сообщили сотрудники сервиса Superjob. Его решили провести по мотивам проекта спикера Госдумы Вячеслава Володина о запрете продажи электронных сигарет и жидкостей для них.
Чем выше доход, тем чаще соглашаются с инициативой. За полный отказ от продажи электронных сигарет выступили 75% магаданцев в возрасте от 35 до 44 лет, среди молодежи поддерживают предложение Володина только 54%. Очевидно, они чаще пользуются вейпами.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
