1⃣В кефир добавить соду, перемешать, дать постоять минут 5. 2⃣Яйцо взбить с сахаром до пышной пенки. 3⃣Смешать взбитое яйцо с кефиром, добавить муку, хорошо перемешать. 4⃣Добавить масло. Перемешать. 5⃣Выпекать на небольшом огне на сковороде (маслом не смазывать).
В качестве начинки я использовала молочный шоколад для нас с мужем. А Саше в панкейки спрятала банан, тоже получилось очень вкусно.
