Вчера лапша домашняя на обед спонтанно случилась) захотелось прям такой бульончик.
Для лапши смешала 1 яйцо и муку (примерно 70 гр), раскатала тесто, вырезала тоненькие полосочки.
Для бульона: в воду закинула курицу (грудки), чищенную луковицу и чищенную морковь. После закипания уменьшила огонь и варила около 30 мин, добавив соль, перец, лавровый лист.
Затем достала курицу, отделила мясо, добавила в бульон мясо и лапшу, варила еще 10 мин. Готово 👍
