✨ مشکل سیاستمدار عموما کمبود علم و دانش نیست ؛ مشکل دوراهی حفظ قدرت سیاسی از طریق قربانی کردن منافع عمومی یا تامین منافع عمومی و از دست دادن تدریجی قدرت سیاسی است و این دوراهی سیاست مدار است که سرنوشت کشور راه تعیین میکند. دسترسی برابر به قدرت اقتصادی و فرصت های اجتماعی برای بهبود عملکرد مفید و حتی ضروری است اما برای سیاستمدار خطرناک است زیرا قدرت اقتصادی به تدریج به حوزه های دیگر سرایت خواهد کرد و قدرت سیاسی او را به خطر خواهد انداخت .

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike.
