ГЭС-2 на Болотной набережной – бывшая городская электростанция. Сооружена в 1907 году для питания московского трамвая. Выведена из эксплуатации в 2014 году, а с декабря 2021 года – Дом культуры.
Реконструкцию ГЭС-2 возглавил Ренцо Пьяно – тот самый архитектор, спроектировавший центр Помпиду в Париже.

Шесть уровней, стеклянная кровля, гигантские окна (могу только представить, как в солнечный день свет преломляется о все эти ажурные металлические конструкции👓)
Рядом – берёзовая роща, напротив – бельведер, откуда можно сделать крутые фотки на фоне здания, и, конечно, 13-ти метровая Большая глина номер 4.
