Дело вернули в прокуратуру из-за процессуальных ошибок следствия. Защита просила отпустить Козыреву из СИЗО, если дело вернут, но судья оставил ту же меру пресечения — арест. Дарья Козырева останется в СИЗО еще, как минимум, на месяц.
