Правило применяется ко всей упаковке и товарам в ней, произведённые в РФ с 01.01.2024 года, но имеет исключения(п.9 ст.24.2,п.10 ст.29.1 Закона №89-ФЗ).
Поэтому, если вы платили экосбор за реализованный товар в упаковке, купленной для упаковывания этого самого товара ДО 01.01.2024 года, то сейчас (ПОСЛЕ 01.01.2024) вы свободны от обязательств.
Отчеты тоже сдавать не надо, никаких «нулевых» отчетов, господа, не перемудрите!
