Согласно исследованию, доля мужчин, желающих уехать в другую страну после открытия границ, составляет 25%, женщин – 17%. О планах отъезда чаще всего говорили респонденты в возрасте от 18 до 29 лет (33%), в возрастной группе 30-39 лет таких оказалось 27%, среди 40-49 лет – 23%.
При этом cреди проживающих в восточных областях Украины хотели бы покинуть страну 26,5% респондентов, западных – 23%, центральных – 19%, южных – 12%.
Основными причинами для смены постоянного места жительства интервьюируемые называли отсутствие возможностей для развития (30,5%), недостаточную социальную поддержку со стороны государства (29%), желание воссоединиться с родственниками (26%) или, наоборот, их вывезти (23%), а также несоответствие работы требованиям (21%).

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
