Постановлением от 7 февраля 2025 г. № 123 внесены изменения в некоторые акты Правительства Российской Федерации, касающиеся маркировки товаров.
Сроки продления:
🔴Территориальные участники оборота товаров (юридические лица, ИП, аккредитованные филиалы/представительства иностранных компаний), осуществляющие производство, хранение, ввод в оборот, и (или) оборот, и (или) вывод из оборота товаров, подлежащих обязательной маркировке, на территориях новых субъектов Российской Федерации, могут продолжить ввоз таких товаров без маркировки (за исключением табачной и никотиносодержащей продукции) до 1 апреля 2026 года.
