23 ноября Фонд Императора Николая II провёл благотворительный музыкально-просветительский вечер в музее Николая II. Гости услышали уникальную лекцию искусствоведа М.А. Чернова "НЕБЕСНЫЕ ЛИКИ ЗЕМНЫХ ЦАРЕЙ. РОМАНОВЫ В ИКОНЕ".
🇷🇺 Михаил Алексеевич рассказал об уникальном явлении в иконописи: портретных чертах наших царей из рода Романовых в изображениях на иконах.
🪆Вечер был наполнен народными песнями и романсами в исполнении ансамбля "РУССКАЯ МУЗЫКА".

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals. Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
