Сотрудники Следственного комитета не могут по закону публиковать его имя, но могут должность и информацию о вменяемых статьях.
По версии следствия, подозреваемый с 2021 года Орлов получал взятки от предпринимателей в сумме от 14 до 100 тысяч рублей за размещение торговых ларьков в Люберецком парке.
Предварительно, жертвами вымогательства стали как минимум пять коммерсантов. Орлов подозревается в ряде других должностных преступлений.
