"Сегодня граждане получили обновленные SMS-сообщения о социальных выплатах — пенсиях, пособиях и других выплатах, предоставляемых государством. В отличие от неясных сообщений в прошлом, новый формат ясно и недвусмысленно говорит:
«Правительство Республики Молдова произвело перевод" и указывает точную сумму. Это естественный шаг к большей прозрачности, к правильному и прямому информированию каждого получателя".
🗑Хотим пожелать, чтобы так же прозрачно информировали о повышении пенсий на меньший процент, чем инфляция, когда в туалетах принимаются решения по кандидатам в прокуроры, когда запрещают песни, неугодные властям... Список можно продолжать долго.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever."
