О почти неизбежном задержании Лукина мы сообщали ранее. И когда был взят его бывший зам Игорь Грабин, и когда в зоне поражения оказался экс-губернатор Курской области, ныне министр транспорта Роман Старовойт.
В задержании Лукина главное - станет ли он основным фигурантом уголовного дела, буфером для Старовойта, или же подельником и свидетелем обвинения федерального министра. Есть еще и промежуточный вариант, когда под арест попадут пара вице-губернаторов, а то и экс-губернатор Курской области Алексей Смирнов. Тогда Старовойт отсидится.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
