Юрий и Людмила Антиповы подали апелляцию на решение свердловского арбитражного суда о передаче в собственность государства акций Челябинского электрометаллургического комбината (ЧЭМК), Серовского завода ферросплавов и "Кузнецких ферросплавов". Жалоба была подана 5 марта.
Кроме того, Серовский завод и "Кузнецкие ферросплавы" подали ходатайства об отмене обеспечительных мер.
Значит, Антиповы приняли решение бороться. Вероятно, будут апеллировать к аргументам, уже озвученным РСПП.
