Инициатива муниципалитета «Автово» заключалась в том, чтобы не допустить «массового нарушения жилищных прав жителей Санкт-Петербурга».
Проще говоря, чтобы при расселении злополучных хрущевок людей не отправляли на выселки, переселяя при этом из двухкомнатной квартиры в однокомнатную. Для этого сырой закон о КРТ предлагалось полностью отменить и разработать заново (что с учетом его многочисленных огрехов звучит вполне резонно).
Однако в комиссии посчитали, что это не аргумент. Забраковали там и законопроект «Яблока» о том, чтобы выделять жилье только в пределах одного района.
Собственно, другого исхода никто и не ждал. Девелоперское лобби в ЗакСе, равно как и в Смольном, занимает сильные позиции.
