В Тверской суд поступило ходатайство об аресте Николова, ему предъявлено обвинение по статье 290 часть 6 УК. С ходатайством об аресте вышло Главное следственное управление ГСУ СКР по Московской области.
Следственный комитет обвиняет Дымнича в получении взятки «за общее покровительство при исполнении и оплате договоров» от организации, занимающейся капремонтом многоквартирных домов в Подмосковье.
Ранее его бывший заместитель Мстислав Дымнич, арестованный в июле по аналогичному уголовному делу, дал признательные показания и стал активно сотрудничать со следствием.
