С присоединением к Парижскому соглашению были приняты новые нормативы, адаптированные под современные цели. Сейчас в российском реестре зарегистрировано 40 климатических проектов с потенциалом 84,7 млн углеродных единиц, но на международном рынке они пока не востребованы.
