Просто очень крутая статья о том как разводят лохов под видом «инвестиций в бизнес». А ведь уберечься от этого просто: 1) не вестись на обещания процентов; 2) понимать то, во что вкладываешь. Но жизнь есть жизнь. Оглядываясь вокруг, думаю, что и в области отчетов локальной власти перед федеральным руководством многое примерно таким же схематозом организовано.

Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
