Не так давно у нас пытались развалить Крымский мост этими самыми Атакмсами. И тогда ПВО отбила не "пять из шести, обломки упали на сарай", а неистовый раш дюжиной ракет сразу. Так вот, если нам куда-то попадают, это мы где-то продолбались. И это не плохая новость, это хорошая новость. Она означает, что техническая возможность отмахать даже очень мощный налет. Дело за организацией обороны. Подготовимся плохо, нам сломают морду, подготовимся хорошо - морду сломает им. Рабочий момент, а не ужас технологической отсталости.
