❓چرا نسبت تعداد مبتلایان شناسایی شده به تعداد درگذشتگان در بعضی کشورها خیلی زیاد و در بعضی کشورها خیلی کم است؟

⚠️البته مقایسۀ نزدیکتر به واقعیت آن است که مبتلایان شناسایی شدۀ حدود دو هفته قبل را با تعداد درگذشتگان امروز مقایسه کنیم
و به جای یک روز، میانگین ۷ یا ۱۴ روزه را ملاک قرار دهیم.

🔴عوامل مختلفی در این زمینه تأثیرگذار است
مثلا
واریانتها یکسانند یا نه،
بیماران زود شناسایی می‌شوند یا دیر،
تفاوت اقدامات پزشکی (مثلا در اختیار بودن داروی پکسلووید برای افراد مسن)،
میانگین سنی افراد مبتلا،
پوشش و نوع واکسن
و مدت گذشته از دریافت دوز یادآور،
تعداد تست انجام شده و نحوۀ بیماریابی.

یکی از عوامل بسیار مهم، تعداد تست است.
وقتی تعداد تست کم باشد، معمولاً افرادی که علائم کمتری دارند کمتر تست می‌دهند و تست بیشتر صرف افرادی که شدیدتر مبتلا شده‌اند می‌شود
و کم بودن تستها (و دیر انجام شدن تستها) تا حد زیادی می‌تواند سبب زیاد بودن نسبت تعداد درگذشتگان به آمار مبتلایان شود.

این تفاوت را در نسبت آمار کل درگذشتگان کووید-۱۹ به آمار کل مبتلایان (نرخ کشندگی) کشورها هم می‌توان دید.
