Глава региона добавил, что для этого необходимо жителям помочь в сборе информации по своим домовладениям. Данная информация будет соотнесена с данными энергосетей и энергосбытовой компаниями (не зафиксирован ли был там ранее майнинг) и будет направлено в федерацию.
