Правительство автономии утвердило краткосрочный план капитального ремонта многоквартирных домов. На эти цели в 2023-2025 годах планируется направить более 400 млн рублей.
В 2023 году работы намечены только в Биробиджане. В 2024 году ремонт запланирован на объектах в областном центре, г. Облучье и селе Бабстово. В 2025 году приведут в порядок 28 домов в Биробиджане, ряд МКД в Облучье, поселках Бира, Кульдур, Биракан, Волочаевка-2, селах Ленинское, Амурзет, Песчаное и Камышовка.
