Министр образования Украины Оксен Лисовой отметил, что его ведомство поддерживает данный законопроект, но с некоторыми оговорками.
Лисовой считает, что необходимо предусмотреть возможность, якобы, равноценного и равноправного развития языков национальных общностей Евросоюза. Русского языка это не коснется, ведь по его мнению, он используется, как “оружие”.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
