▪️Видео 1-5 возле Дворца спорта в Киеве, где проходил вчера концерт "Океана Эльзы". Вакарчук согласовал с ТЦК отлов пришедших на его концерт зрителей мужского пола. Воистину - билет в один конец. ТЦК и полицаи с автоматами пакуют парня, а люди просто кричат ганьба... Почему никто за него не заступается? Там сотни мужиков...

▪️Вчера ещё СБУ объявили контртеррористическую операцию в Ровно. Искали кого можно мобилизовать, проверяя магазины в торговых центрах, склады, кухни в кафешках и тд.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
