Шашлык из рыбы с пюре из цветной капусты

Ингредиенты:
- шашлык из трех видов рыбы (покупала в Красной икре)
- 300г замороженной цветной капусты
- 70г моркови (для цвета)
- 20г сливочного масла
- 50мл молока
- 1 кабачок
- соль, перец, чеснок сушеный

Как готовить?
- довести воду до кипения, посолить, бросить цветную капусту и варить 20 минут или до мягкости. Для цвета можно добавить мелконарезанную морковь.
- кабачок порезать кружочками, добавить специи и нанизать на шпажки для шашлыка
- выложить шашлычки из рыбы и кабачка на противень или в чашу аэрогриля, запекать 20 минут
- цветную капусту, морковь, молоко и сливочное масло перебить блендером до однородной массы
- на тарелку выложить пюре, кабачок и шашлык
- подавать со свежей зеленью и соусом тартар ❤️
