Поскольку вопрос здоровья для меня очень актуален, то озвучу свои цели в этой сфере: 🔘Питаться разнообразно (не меньше 30 разных продуктов в неделю); 🔘Ходить на групповые занятия фитнессом дважды в неделю; 🔘Ложить спать до 23:00.
Первый пункт хочу реализовать уже в январе.
Как вам идея придумать для себя подвиги? Можете в комментариях делиться своим списком, чтобы повысить ответственность за их выполнение.
